FRUSTRATING & IRRITATING incident..
Dear decided to renew his membership n went on to Q.. There was jus 1 person in front n was oredi in process when we started to Q.. but in the end we Q for ard 20mins b4 it was our turn
*finally*tot that it was gonna b a fast process as its jus renewal.. but when it was our turn, the counter was in a mess!!!
Renewal letter with personal details were left laying ard.. transaction/ credit card slips was visible to all n the 2
STUPID CS did not attend to us!! After 10mins of sorting things out, 1 lady took dear's card n when dear say to renew for 5 yrs, she told dear the amt due to b charged to his Visa.. But the amt she mention was much lower
*ard S$50* from wat we saw so dear enquired abt the diff.. Apparently, there was a system data entry on the kind of membership when dear 1st sign up 2 yrs ago n thus causing the diff..
I ask for a explaination on the diff pricing on the diff membership n i was shock to hear this" Regular service man pay higher fees while NS man pays lesser because regular draws a higher pay!!!!"WTF!!! regular service man spends so much time serving the nation n protecting the country n they have to pay more????
can't believe it!! After my outburst.. the 2 ladies went into a mess AGAIN.. asking ard wat to do.. looking for ans while we wait like idiots for the next 10mins!!!
Then came this STUPID manager who tried to walk pass me when the area was like so cram n ended up stepping on my feet!!!!! F***!!!!!!!!! Thats IT!!!! I walk off n went back after 1min to cool off but the mess that 2
STUPID & USELESS so call CS personel attending to dear was still struggling to complete the transaction!!!
GOD DAMMIT!!!! SAFRA as such a organisation doing a roadshow IS providing this kind of F*** UP service!!! Don they
EDUCATE their CS personel at the roadshow???? I NEVER NEVER expect to get this kind of
F*** up n SCREW up service from a organisation from SAFRA moreover at a ROADSHOW!!!!!! I
CERTAINLY don feel save to give my details of any kind to those ppl.. ANY tom, dick or harry could have jus taken the renewal letters or credit slips with all the confidential details
